You will find public meetings and events on the RTA Calendar. Meeting agendas and meeting packets are typically posted one week, or at least 24 hours, in advance of the scheduled meeting.
All posted RTA committee meetings are open to the public.
In addition to being posted online, meeting agendas also are posted on bulletin boards located in the RTA office lobby area as you exit the elevator on the fourth floor at 1 E. Broadway Blvd., Tucson, Arizona. The bulletin boards are accessible during normal business hours, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., except on weekends and legal holidays.

Public access details are also available on the individual meeting or event page on the calendar and at the top of each meeting agenda.
Meeting Minutes
A public access link to watch/listen to the video/audio of a meeting (during or after) is located at the top of each meeting agenda. The video/audio files serve as the official minutes of the meetings. Meeting summaries are posted in the Meeting Documents Library.
